YEC GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

Improve the moral strength of the Worlds Youth by conducting regular training, seminars, and
workshops on productive cultures of integrity leadership, governance and quality
management competencies.

Promote personal and collective responsibility towards the development of individuals,
families, organisations, Nations and ultimately Africa.

Develop and implement Youth Leadership Models ( Parliament, Cabinet, Diplomats,
Entrepreneurs etc) that will produce change agents who will exhibit three major
characteristics:
1* lead themselves through active, consistent and challenging self development journey.
2* Pursue careers in public and private sectors, academic institutions as well as national and
international Agencies and help lead these groups to their highest levels of performance and

3* Engage actively and collaboratively with other groups towards the achievement of
community, national and continental transformation.

Provide training and expert advise to public and private sector organisations in areas of
integrity leadership and quality management principles, youth empowerment and
development initiatives

Strengthen cultural mindsets that promote transparency and accountability in government
and Business environments’ with the aim of eradicating corruption.

Build personal and organisational capacities through tailored skills development using Yec
Leadership Models, seminars, workshops and conferences and coaching programs.

Build the capacity of organisations and faith based Organizations to increase public awareness
of principles and practices democracy, ethics of hard work, discipline and economic
independence through self – development and enterpreneurship.

Establish strategic partnerships with governmental, educational, international agencies,
corporate organisations with whom we share common passion and vision.
